Kids Playhouse Thailand is a dedicated kids' toys and play equipment brand operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. We hold our own stock in Thailand and ship direct to customers in every province, combining warehouse-direct pricing with local delivery speed.
Our support team is available Monday to Friday. We respond to all enquiries within one business day, usually sooner.
Shipping
We ship to every province across the country, including major cities such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Nonthaburi, Hat Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Hua Hin, and Phetchaburi — as well as regional and rural areas nationwide.
Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days and travel by tracked courier from dispatch through to delivery. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How We Operate
All transactions are processed through Stripe or PayPal, two of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. SSL encryption protects every checkout session.

Every item is checked at our warehouse before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, we replace it or refund you at no cost. No argument, no hassle.
We publish our dispatch times upfront: every order leaves our Thailand warehouse within 2 business days. Tracking is provided the moment your parcel ships, so you're never left guessing.
Our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Shipping & Returns policy are published and easy to find. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, and damaged or faulty items are always covered.
