This policy covers dispatch times, shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for orders placed through Kids Playhouse Thailand (kidsplayhouse.in.th), a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.
All products are physical stock held at our warehouse in Thailand and are shipped domestically. We ship Thailand-wide, including all provinces, regions, and rural areas.

Orders are picked, quality-checked and packed at our warehouse and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
We deliver to all provinces and regions across Thailand, including:
We deliver to major cities including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Nonthaburi, Hat Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Hua Hin, and Phetchaburi, as well as all regional and rural areas across Thailand.
All orders are shipped via tracked courier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Once dispatched, typical transit time is 1 to 3 business days for Bangkok and central provinces, and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of the country. Metro areas are generally at the faster end of this range, while regional and rural areas may take longer.
For some locations, a signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
If your parcel is delayed well beyond the tracking estimate, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. You will not be left to chase the courier alone.
Delivery is free Thailand-wide on all orders. The price shown on the product page is the total price you pay.
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. This includes items bought as gifts that turned out to be the wrong pick.
To arrange a return, email us first with your order number. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, assembled, or had their sealed packaging opened in a way that prevents resale cannot be returned under change of mind. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, with missing parts, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full. This costs you nothing, including any return postage we ask you to incur.

If a part is missing from a boxed set, contact us with your order number and the part reference from the assembly guide. Where possible we will ship the missing part rather than asking you to return the whole item.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979). Where goods are defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair regardless of the timeframes above.
