These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at kidsplayhouse.in.th and any purchases you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This website is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand. Kids Playhouse Thailand is a trading division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. If you are under 18, you may only use the site and make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
When using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your contact details and delivery address. We rely on the information you provide to deliver your order correctly.
Products sold by Kids Playhouse Thailand are physical stock held at our warehouse in Thailand. Product listings show items that are in stock at the time of publication. In the rare case an item you order is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a back-order date, or a full refund.
We take care to describe each product accurately, including dimensions, materials, and assembly requirements. Minor variations in colour and finish can occur between production batches and screen displays. Such variations are normal and are not a defect.
Product pages state the recommended age range and any supervision notes for each item. You are responsible for following the age guidance and usage instructions provided with the product, and for supervising children as appropriate, particularly with items that include small parts or require adult assembly.
Some larger items require home assembly using the tools and instructions included in the box. Assembly requirements are noted on the relevant product pages.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled or amended without charge. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process below applies instead.
All prices displayed on this website are in Thai Baht (THB). The price shown on the product page is the price you pay, and delivery within Thailand is free.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time you complete your purchase. Price changes made after your order is placed will not affect your order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details on our servers. All payment information is handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with their security standards.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete. If payment is declined or incomplete, no order will be created.
Orders are picked, checked and packed at our warehouse in Thailand and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Dispatch times may extend slightly during public holidays or promotional peaks; we will notify you if there is a significant delay to your order.
We deliver Thailand-wide via tracked courier services, free of charge. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. Typical transit times are 1 to 3 business days for Bangkok and central provinces and 2 to 5 business days elsewhere in Thailand.
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time of the tracking estimate, contact us and we will pursue the matter with the courier and make it right in accordance with the returns section below.
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us first to arrange the return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, with missing parts, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage we ask you to incur. Please email us at theteam@customersupport.care within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will assess your claim and respond as soon as possible.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including that goods are of acceptable quality. Where goods are defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law. This includes using our images or product descriptions on third-party platforms or in advertising without consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or a purchase made through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from any order placed through it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under Thai consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, or legal obligations. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Your continued use of this website or placement of an order after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the website and contact us if you have an outstanding order.
